1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed.
2. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Standard UK Shipping: 3–7 business days – £4.95 (free for orders over £50).
- Express UK Shipping: Within 24hrs – £11.90.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Tracking Your Order
- After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number by email.
- You can use this number to track your order via the courier’s website.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to weather or courier issues.
4. Damaged or Lost Items
- If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
- For lost items, we will work with the courier to investigate. In most cases, lost or damaged orders are replaced or refunded at our discretion.
5. Shipping Restrictions
- We only deliver within the United Kingdom.
- Orders from outside the UK cannot be processed.
