We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

The following items are non-refundable unless faulty:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items made to your specifications

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons once unsealed

(Customised 3D printed products fall under this category unless faulty.)


5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be:

  • As described

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item.

You may be entitled to:

  • A full refund

  • A replacement

  • A repair (where applicable)

We will cover return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items.
